will be distributed by the Jury among Prize Winners*
  *3rd Prize in the amount of 3 000 Euro founded by Polfa Warszawa S.A.
       
  At the decision of the Jury the First Prize Laureate may receive the Grand Prix for an outstanding performance of Lutoslawski`s Cello Concerto

in April 2011 within the cycle organized by Mrs Komorowska.
   
  The National Philharmonic will award the Winner of the VIII Competition with an invitation
to give a performance in its concert hall.
       
  Award of the Rector of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music for the best Polish contestant
in the form of a concert in the series "Środa na Okólniku" in the 2011/2012 season.
       
  Award for the Winner of the VIII Competition in the form of a concert during the Witold Lutosławski "Łańcuch" [Chain] Festival in Warsaw.
       
  Award for the best Polish contestant in the form of a concert in the 2011/2012 season,
founded by the Mazovian Center of Culture and Art.
       
  Award for the best Polish contestant in the form of a concert in the 2011/2012 season,
founded by the Witold Lutosławski Płock Symphonic Orchestra.
       
  Award for the best Polish contestant in the form of a concert in the 2011/2012 season,
founded by the Artur Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra in Łódź.
       
  Award for a Laureate in the form of a concert in the 2011/2012 season,
founded by the Silesian Philharmonic in Katowice.
       
  Award for a Laureate in the form of a concert in the 2011/2012 season,
founded by the Lower Silesia Philharmonic in Jelenia Góra.
       
  Award of the Magnus Ventus Association for a Polish contestant selected by the jury -
participation in III International Masters` Music Review MASTER CLASS 2011,
Poland - Pila, 14th - 20th August.
       
  A special prize of the European Union of Music Competitions for Youth (EMCY) for an excellent performance at the VIII Witold Lutoslawski International Cello Competition.
